Les crustacés en sauce seront mis en valeur par cette cuvée saint-Majan de caractère" Il est vrai que Saint Majan au VIIème siècle guérissait les malades et rendait la vue aux aveugles...!

Conventional viticulture. Vendanges nocturnes. Fermentation in Epoxy-resin-lined-cement vats, Temperature-controlled fermentation, Pressing, Use of cultured yeast, Débourbage. Ageing in epoxy-resin-lined cement vats, Fining, Traditional corks, Ageing on the lees, Regular bâtonnage (stirring up the lees). Sols argilo-calcaires.

Yellow colour, pale, greenish yellow highlights.

Nose

Complex, distinguished, intense hawthorn blossom aromas, subtle honeysuckle aromas, subtle white flowers aromas, subtle boxwood aromas, citrus aromas, subtle tropical fruit aromas, intense peach aromas, arômes de bonbon anglais.

Palate

Deep, rich, unctuous, powerful white flowers overtones, subtle peach hints, notes de minéral, round, powerful body, good intensity, long length.
