Wine making

Conventional viticulture. Vendanges nocturnes. Total destemming, Fermentation in Epoxy-resin-lined-cement vats, Temperature-controlled fermentation, Pressing. Ageing in epoxy-resin-lined cement vats, Blending, Fining, Light filtering, Screw caps. Sols argilo-calcaires.

Appareance

Golden yellow colour, pale, silver highlights. Plus précisément la robe et brillante avec des reflets nacrés.

Nose

Delicate, classy, subtle acacia aromas, slight white flowers aromas, peach aromas. Un nez doux, dominante de fleurs blanches, acacia et miel. Touche fraîche de pêches blanches

Palate

Delicate, slight white flowers overtones, slight lychee hints, slight peach hints, strong intensity, long length. De la sucrosité avec une arête (attaque) fraîche et gourmande. On retrouve les notes de bonbons au miel, de pêche et de litchis. Beaucoup d'élégance.
